Your Role:

We are looking for Recruiter (m/w/d) to help us grow our Smunch team! If you love matching talents with opportunities, read on!

Your Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for entry and mid level positions
• Screen candidates and job positions
• Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Assess candidate´s relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
• Your Profile:
• Passion for HR recruiting
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Familiarity with ATS and CMS
• You are switched on, curious and quick learner
• Comfortable with technology and multitasking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written) - imagine you will conduct interviews as well in German!
• Strong decision making skills
